Macrame Challenge is here + Weaving Creativity

Hello Reader,

I hope you are well.

On Tuesday I was in London to host a mini-retreat with 4 other incredible women. We started with a cacao ceremony, followed by a break nourishing ourselves with plant-based food and finally an 'awaken your creativity' with the art of knotting' session.

We created a safe space and within this beautiful container we were able to talk and release many emotions, the tears I shed were much needed and it was magical to be able to share them within the group and feel completely supported.

Seeing the ladies unleash their creativity, enjoying being creative for the simple pleasure of it, not the outcome, and being proud of their handmade token filled with meaning and symbolism that was unique to them, filled my heart with so much joy.

It reminded me of the power of creativity and the reason why I am here right now, doing what I am doing: helping others re-discover their creativity within themselves.

For the past few days, I have been working on two exciting things!
